The Design + Build Approach;
SDG specializes in residential renovation and additions with a strong emphasis on design. We have a registered architect on staff that works intimately with each client. During the design process, we define needs, budget and timeline and develop and refine design solutions. Since we are also a construction company, our estimator works closely with the client to determine pricing.. Aside from SDG, there is no other well-established brand name company providing renovation services headed by an Architect - no matter how big or small the job is.

When you receive a quote from SDG for a Design + Build project, those figures are final. There will not any “hidden” expenses or variances between the estimate and the actual numbers. This remains true even if SDG underestimates your project. You have our assurance –– our numbers are real.
100% Warranty on Both Material & Labor
SDG provides a two-year warranty on all our labor and a manufacturer's warranty of up to 25 years on all products we use. We've worked hard to earn our reputation, so rest assured, should issues or problems arise with your finished product, we’ll handle them.
